Terms of Service

Verso Cards sells single, previously owned collectible trading cards. Every listing is catalogued individually, so most items exist in a stock of one and cannot be replaced once sold.

Orders are placed as a guest; no account is created. Submitting the checkout form is an offer to buy, and the contract is formed when we confirm the order by email.

We may decline or cancel an order if an item turns out to be unavailable, if the listing contained an obvious error, or if the delivery address cannot be served. In that case any amount already paid is refunded in full.

Catalogue prices are set and charged in euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping is added at checkout.

The checkout currency switcher shows indicative amounts in US dollars, pounds sterling and Polish złoty using a stored reference rate. These figures are a convenience only — the euro amount is the contractual price, and your bank's own rate and fees apply.

Condition, year, set, card number and rarity are described as accurately as we can determine them, and the photographs show the exact card you receive. Vintage cardboard normally carries wear consistent with its age.

We do not state grades, serial numbers, print runs, signatures or certificates unless they are documented for that specific card. Where a fact cannot be verified, the listing says so rather than estimating.

Cards are packed rigid and sleeved and shipped as tracked parcels. Estimated transit times are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Import duties and taxes outside the EU are the recipient's responsibility.

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right of withdrawal, and our own return handling is described in the Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Site text, photography and catalogue structure belong to Verso Cards. Card artwork and logos remain the property of their respective rights holders and appear here to describe the item offered. Use of the site is further limited by our Acceptable Use Policy.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death, personal injury or fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

These terms are governed by German law, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. We may update these terms; the version published when you order is the one that applies to that order.
